The programme aims to produce a thoroughbred graduate in sociological studies with the skills to think objectively and analytically about ways in which social forces affect everyday lives.
The objectives of the programme aims are:
- To guide students through cutting-edge research methods in sociology in order to unpack, explore and understand how and why different political, religious, cultural, ethnic and social worldviews shape societies negatively and positively.
- To impart knowledge and equip students with skills so that they would be able to use various theoretical paradigms that sociologists use in order to analyse dynamics of social change processes.
